Process
Scoped in a week. Shipped in weeks. Owned by you.
The same six steps every time, the timeline below reflects how our shipped builds actually ran, not a best case.
Discovery call · Week 0
You describe the operation; we map where hours and leads leak. No deck, no pitch, a working session on your actual workflow. You leave with our read on what to automate first and why.
Scope and fixed price · Week 0–1
A written scope tied to a number you already track, response time, quotes sent, hours spent on listings. One fixed price against it. If the math doesn’t clear, we tell you.
Build · Weeks 1–4 (typical)
The system goes together on the tools you already run. Our shipped builds have taken one to four weeks for focused systems (EST Wrap, AZ Motorsports, Bellaform); a full site-plus-dashboard build like Quintessence Auto ran three to four weeks, and larger platform work takes longer, you get the timeline before anything starts.
Test against real traffic · Final week
Workflows go live one at a time, against real leads and real orders, with a human fallback until each step earns trust. Nothing flips on all at once.
Handoff, you own it · Launch
Full access, full documentation, your team trained. The system is yours; no platform hostage-taking, no mandatory retainer.
Tuning (optional) · Ongoing
AI systems get better with tuning. Most clients keep us on to do exactly that, 212 Montréal is an ongoing engagement, but it’s scoped separately and optional.
