Notes on automating a business here

Written from the questions that come up on real calls with owners in Montréal and around it. No trend pieces, no predictions about the future of work.

Where to go from here

If you would rather see the systems than read about them, start with the solutions we build or the industries we build them for. For the two Québec rules that shape every customer-facing build, the pillar guides cover Law 25 and Bill 96 in detail.

About the blog

How often do you publish?
Around three posts a month, drawn from the questions we get asked on real calls. Posts are updated in place as things change rather than reposted, so a URL you bookmark stays the current version.
Why are some posts in French?
Because they were written in French, for French-speaking operators, rather than translated from an English original. A translated post reads like a translated post, and the audience notices.
Do you write about pricing?
No. Cost depends entirely on what gets built, and any article claiming otherwise is guessing. Scope gets a fixed number after a discovery call, and that conversation is worth more than an article.

Tell us what’s slowing you down.

Five minutes to describe your operation, we come back with a concrete plan and a timeline.
