We build those features directly into a custom theme, where they load faster and cost nothing monthly. Apps that earn their fee, payments, shipping, complex logistics, stay. The audit tells you which is which before we build.
Will custom code break when Shopify or the theme updates?
No, the custom work is the theme, built on Shopify's current standard architecture, so there is no third-party theme underneath to conflict with. Shopify platform updates are backwards-compatible by design, and you get documented, version-controlled code rather than a tangle of app injections.
What are "AI conversion systems" concretely?

No. We are based in Montréal, but the work is remote-friendly by nature, Bellaform Pilates is in Ottawa, and Shopify builds happen entirely inside your store's admin regardless of geography.
