Automotive buyers contact three or four shops in the same sitting. Whoever replies first frames the decision and usually keeps it. When replies depend on someone finishing a job, walking to a desk and opening an inbox, the fast competitor takes the customer before you have read the message.
Quoting is a conversation, not a form
A wrap quote needs the vehicle, the coverage, the finish and photos. A tuning quote needs the platform, the year and the current stage. A trade needs mileage and condition. That back-and-forth takes days of elapsed time and about ten minutes of actual work, and most of it never finishes.
The same data typed into four places
A vehicle arrives and gets keyed into the DMS, the website, the marketplace listing and a spreadsheet. It sells and comes down from three of them, eventually. The gaps between those systems are where stale listings, wrong prices and phantom inventory live.

Tuning is a catalogue business disguised as a service business. What you can do for a car depends on the make, model, year, engine and current stage, and every combination maps to different packages, parts and lead times. The people who can answer "what can you do for my car" are the people with their hands in an engine bay, so answering competes directly with billable work, and the answer arrives late or not at all.
The fix is to get that knowledge out of heads and inboxes and into a system. A structured catalogue lets a prospect find what applies to their exact platform without a human in the loop.
