The listing copy nobody has time to write

Eight kinds of thing, five at a time, four pieces of copy each with a copy button on every one. It writes from what you type and nothing else, and it never puts a price in your description. No sign-up, nothing stored.

Write a description

Coming soon

This one is built and is not switched on yet. It goes live shortly, and when it does it will be free and ungated like the rest of them, with no sign-up and nothing stored.

In the meantime, the automation scanner ranks what to fix first in your week, and it works now.

The eight modes

Vehicle

Used car and truck listings. Year, trim, kilometres and what is actually notable about this unit rather than the model in general.

Product

Retail and ecommerce. What it does for the buyer first, specifications second.

Property listing

Layout, light and location in the words a buyer or tenant uses. It describes the property, never the ideal occupant.

Service

What the service solves, who it is for and what is included.

Menu item

Short and specific about ingredients and preparation. It will not add an allergen or dietary claim you did not give it.

Treatment

Salon, spa and aesthetics. What it involves and how it feels, with no medical claims.

Course or class

What someone can do afterwards, then the format and the level.

Rental unit or equipment

Specifications, capability and what it suits.

What it refuses to do

The modes are not just different wording. Each one carries its own set of refusals, because the ways listing copy goes wrong are specific to what is being listed.

  • Nothing about money, anywhere. No price, rate, deposit, payment or fee, in any mode.
  • No invented facts. Not an accident history on a vehicle, not a square footage on a property, not an accreditation on a course.
  • No allergen or dietary claims on menu items. Adding "gluten free" to a description because it sounds plausible is a safety problem, not a copy problem.
  • No medical claims on treatments. It describes what happens and how it feels, and does not promise an outcome.
  • No filler. Stunning, amazing, premium, ultimate and priced-to-sell are all blocked, because they carry no information and buyers have stopped reading them.

If you need three hundred of these

Five at a time is deliberate. This tool is for the afternoon when you have a handful of new units and no time. It is not the answer for a dealership with a rolling inventory or a distributor with a catalogue.

That version reads your inventory as stock arrives, writes to your own rules, and puts the copy where it needs to go without anybody opening a browser. It is a build rather than a form, and what that looks like is in jobs that run overnight. The reason the output still needs a pass from you is in the voice pass.

For the industries where this comes up most, see automotive, ecommerce and real estate.

Description writer FAQ

Why will it not write a price?
Because a price in a description is the thing most likely to be wrong by the time somebody reads it, and a stale price is worse than no price. It is a hard rule in every mode: no figure, no currency, no "starting from", no "great value". Put pricing where you control it and can change it in one place.
What happens if I leave fields blank?
It leaves them out. It will not fill a gap with a plausible guess and it will not write a placeholder like "contact us for details". If an item is thin, it says what would have made it stronger underneath the result, which is usually more useful than the copy itself.
Will everything sound the same?
Across five items in one batch, no, because it is working from different facts each time. Across five hundred listings, some sameness is unavoidable and honestly that is true of human-written listings too. The fix is to give it the detail that is specific to the unit rather than the detail that is true of every unit.
Can I use this for real estate listings?
Yes, with one thing worth knowing. It is written to describe the property and never the kind of person who should live there, because that is where listing copy gets people into trouble. It also will not invent a square footage, a school or a transit link.
Does it write in French?
Yes. Fill the fields in in French and the copy comes back in French. Mixing languages within one batch works but is not worth doing, since the tone drifts.
Is what I type stored anywhere?
No. What you enter is held for the length of the request and is never written to a database or a log. There is no account and no email capture.
Why only five at a time?
Because quality falls off past that and because this costs real money to run. If you have three hundred vehicles or products, the answer is not a bigger box on a free tool, it is a system wired into your inventory that writes them as they arrive. That is a build, and it is the honest recommendation rather than an upsell.
