Guest management and bookings
The door is where a well-promoted night can still go wrong. Guest lists that arrive through DMs, texts, forms and promoters have to become one list that is correct at 11pm, and RSVP flows have to confirm, remind and handle the drop-outs without a person watching a phone. Automating that means the list is a system of record rather than a reconciliation exercise, and the door works from something authoritative.
Table and reservation flows follow the same logic. Requests get confirmed immediately, deposits or card holds are collected where the policy calls for it, reminders go out on a schedule that actually reduces no-shows, and cancellations release capacity back to the people on the waitlist rather than to nobody. Reporting and per-event performance
The question every operator wants answered on Monday is which nights are worth repeating, and it usually goes unanswered because the data lives in a ticketing platform, an ad account, a POS and someone's memory. A dashboard that joins them is the single highest leverage thing a venue or promoter can own, because it changes what gets booked next.
Per-event performance means the whole picture on one screen: tickets sold over time against comparable events, spend and channel attribution, door and covers, and the pattern across a season rather than one night in isolation. Per-location reporting does the same for groups running several rooms, where the interesting comparison is between venues on the same weekend.
It is wired to your actual systems, so it is current rather than assembled. The point is not a prettier report, it is that the decision about next month's programming gets made against evidence while there is still time to act on it.

What a build looks like for a venue or promoter
The first call maps the cycle: how an event goes from booked to promoted to sold to reported, and who touches it at each step. The first system gets scoped against whichever step is costing the most, which in this industry is usually promotion production or the door.

What that means practically: consent that is meaningful rather than buried, a stated purpose for the data you collect, retention that ends, and the ability to answer a guest who asks what you hold.
