The systems we build

Six systems that solve the same problems in every industry we work in. Each one is a build you own, wired into the tools you already run, not a product with a monthly fee attached.

How these fit together

Most businesses arrive with one problem and discover it has three parts. Slow quotes are a lead-response problem, a back-office problem and usually a reporting problem, because nobody could see the delay in the first place. We scope the whole picture and build the piece that pays first.

If it is easier to start from your trade than from the system, browse the industries we build for. If you want to know what a build actually involves, read how an engagement runs, or work out what slow replies are costing you with the speed-to-lead calculator.

Solutions FAQ

What is the difference between a solution and a service?
A service is a discipline we work in, AI automation, custom development, dashboards. A solution is the system that gets built and the outcome it produces, the thing that answers your phone or keeps your inventory correct. Most projects combine two or three services to deliver one solution.
Which one should we start with?
Whichever one is losing you the most money right now. For most businesses that is lead response, because speed is worth more than anything else you can change this month, and because it is the fastest thing to put live. Back office automation is the usual second, since it buys back the time to do everything else.
Can these run together?
They are designed to. A voice agent that books into the same calendar the lead-response system uses, writing to the same CRM, reporting into the same dashboard, is one system rather than three. Building them separately and joining them later is more expensive than planning it once.
Do you build things that are not on this list?
Regularly. These are the six broad systems we build most often and can show you in production. Custom work that fits none of them is a normal engagement, and it is what the custom AI systems service exists for.
